Our Vision
Forming men and women who are biblically grounded, spiritually equipped, and strategically positioned to advance God's Kingdom and influence every layer of society.
Our Mission
Raising champions who fight ignorance, challenge tradition, confront superstition, and break the chains of dead religion.
Four Pillars We Are Called to Destroy
Bishop Dr. Emmanuel Owusu Ansah's mandate, and the foundation of everything NJBI teaches, is to confront and destroy four forces that hold the church back from biblical truth and genuine spiritual power.
Ignorance
Replacing not-knowing with deep biblical understanding and theological literacy.
Tradition
Replacing man-made tradition with biblical truth and sound doctrine.
Superstition
Replacing superstition with faith grounded in the Word of God.
Religion
Replacing empty religion with genuine relationship and Spirit-led ministry.
Six Dimensions of Our Mission
Biblical Understanding
Helping believers and leaders move beyond surface reading into deep engagement with Scripture.
Equipping the Church
Training that strengthens local churches by strengthening their leaders and members.
Biblical Accuracy
Rightly dividing the Word of truth, handling Scripture with precision and integrity.
Integrity & Accountability
Operating in the Spirit with character, ethics and accountability, not gifting without maturity.
Practical Ministry Development
Bridging the gap between knowing the Word and doing the work of ministry.
Spiritual Gifts Stewardship
Activating, developing and stewarding every gift God has given His people.
